All my adult life I’ve been saying: “I need to be careful with _____* because I have an addictive personality”
* Insert alcohol/ caffeine/ drugs/ meds/ prescription painkillers/ dieting/ sunbeds/ exercise/ MyFitnessPal/ Twitter/ Candy Crush (or similar game) etc…
