As a CIPD-qualified HR Analyst with over 20 years’ technical HR experience, my lived experience is underpinned with sound knowledge of employment legislation, case law, EDI, and HR best practice, helping develop understanding, compassion, respect, and psychological safety for all kinds of minds.
