My adjectives are Autistic, ADHD, and Awkward AF.
I am multiple-neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, complex PTSD), and I am bisexual/pansexual, and gender non-conforming (a queer AuDHDer).
I have been a social media neurodiversity advocate since my autism epiphany in 2018, under the name ‘Ausome Charlie’ with an ‘Au’ for ‘Autistic’.
18 months ago, I left my permanent HR Analyst job (after 20 years in HR Analyst roles!) to turn my side quest EDI into my main mission, and I founded Ausome Charlie Ltd.
As a professional keynote speaker and HR Consultant (EDI specialist), I focus on neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ inclusion and belonging in the workplace, and understanding intersecting identities.
My favourite topic is the ‘double rainbow’ intersection: Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ and I promote understanding, support, compassion and love for everybody on the ‘double rainbow’ 🌈 🌈
