I am happy to share that I am now officially a Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association!
When I left my permanent HR job in June 2023 to turn my side quest neurodiversity inclusion into my main mission, I expected to do one or two speaking events some months but mainly do HR EDI consultancy.
However, I have quickly gained popularity as a speaker, and I am delighted with the direction my career has been taking.
I always wanted to be on the stage when I was a teenager doing amateur dram and improv, but now I get to do this while helping people and putting my corporate HR experience and qualifications to good use, and I am in my element!
